What's Included in the VIP Ticket
- Exhibition Visit
The VIP ticket grants the right to attend the HomeTech & Electra 2026 exhibition, which takes place on August 6–8, 2026, at the address: Almaty, Atakent Exhibition Center, Pavilion No. 11.
- Access to the B2B Way Club Platform
After activating the VIP ticket, the Buyer is granted access to the platform B2BWayClub, where they can:
- review manufacturers, factories, and suppliers;
- explore product categories;
- select companies of interest;
- submit a request for B2B meetings.
- Preliminary B2B Matchmaking During the Exhibition
During the exhibition, the Buyer may take part in the preliminary B2B Matchmaking program with more than 50 manufacturers, factories, and suppliers.
To participate, one must:
- register via QR code;
- log in to the B2BWayClub platform;
- select manufacturers of interest;
- send a request for a pre-scheduled meeting.
Preliminary meetings are held only subject to timely registration and provision of the necessary business inquiry information.
- One Individual Business Request After the Exhibition
After the exhibition concludes, the Buyer has the right to send the Organizer one individual request to find a manufacturer, supplier, factory, or business partner in the field of interest.
To activate this option, one must:
- contact the Organizer by phone at +7 (707) 414-22-22;
- provide information about the product, category, type of production, and requirements for the potential partner.
- Manufacturer Selection
Based on the request received, the Organizer selects a suitable manufacturer, supplier, or factory from within its own partner base and available capabilities.
- Organization of One Individual B2B Meeting
As part of the VIP ticket, the Organizer arranges one individual meeting with the selected manufacturer.
This option is valid through October 31, 2026, inclusive.
- Negotiations with the Manufacturer
The Organizer ensures the holding of one individual meeting lasting up to 1.5 hours, including:
- organizational coordination;
- interpreting support during the meeting.
The VIP ticket does not include further negotiation support, deal support, ongoing representation of the Buyer's interests, or subsequent interaction between the parties after the meeting ends.
VIP Ticket Activation
The VIP ticket is considered activated only after:
- full payment of the ticket price;
- receipt of a fiscal receipt confirming payment.
Until payment is confirmed, the Organizer has the right not to provide the services included in the VIP ticket.
VIP Ticket Validity Period
The various VIP ticket options are valid during different periods:
- exhibition visit – August 6–8, 2026;
- participation in preliminary B2B Matchmaking – only during the exhibition period, subject to registration;
- individual business request and organization of one B2B meeting – through October 31, 2026, inclusive.
After the specified period expires, unused options cease to be valid and are not subject to transfer, compensation, or refund.
Buyer's Obligations
To use the VIP ticket options, the Buyer is independently obligated to:
- attend the exhibition on the established dates;
- register via QR code;
- register on the B2BWayClub platform;
- submit a request for a preliminary meeting in a timely manner;
- contact the Organizer after the exhibition to activate the individual business request;
- provide the necessary information for manufacturer selection;
- agree on the date and format of the meeting;
- take part in the agreed meeting.
If the Buyer fails to use the provided options for reasons attributable to the Buyer, the service is considered rendered with respect to the granting of access rights to the VIP package. In this case, the cost of the VIP ticket is non-refundable, non-compensable, and non-transferable.
Organizer's Obligations
The Organizer provides services strictly within the scope of the VIP ticket, including:
- exhibition access;
- access to the B2BWayClub platform;
- organization of preliminary B2B Matchmaking;
- acceptance of one individual business request;
- selection of one manufacturer or supplier;
- organization of one individual meeting;
- organizational and interpreting support during one meeting lasting up to 1.5 hours.
The Organizer is not obligated to provide additional meetings, repeat negotiations, deal support, legal support, supplier verification, logistics support, certification, financial support, or other services unless separately agreed upon and paid for.
Limitation of Liability
The Organizer assists in organizing business communication but does not guarantee:
- the conclusion of an agreement between the parties;
- the achievement of commercial arrangements;
- the manufacturer's consent to cooperate;
- the receipt of special or exclusive prices;
- the provision of samples;
- deferred payment terms;
- confirmation of production capacity;
- successful completion of negotiations;
- profit or any other commercial result.
The Organizer is not a party to transactions between the Buyer and the manufacturer and bears no responsibility for product quality, delivery times, prices, payment terms, logistics, certification, fulfillment of contractual obligations, or the actions or omissions of third parties.
All decisions regarding the choice of manufacturer, conclusion of a contract, and further cooperation are made by the Buyer independently.
Additional Services
Additional manufacturer selection, organization of new meetings, negotiation support, supplier verification, and support for contracts, logistics, payment, certification, and other B2B services may be provided separately under a supplementary agreement and for a separate fee.
Agreement to the Terms
By paying for the VIP ticket or clicking the payment button on the website, the Buyer confirms that they:
- have reviewed the composition of the VIP package;
- understand the procedure for its use;
- have reviewed the validity periods of the services;
- accept the registration procedure;
- agree to the established limitations;
- understand that services are provided within the scope of the paid package;
- acknowledge that the Organizer does not guarantee the achievement of any commercial result.
Payment for the VIP ticket constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional agreement to these terms.
