On July 1, a conference on trade and economic cooperation between China (Shenzhen, Longgang District) and Kazakhstan (Almaty) was held in the VIP hall of the Royal Tulip Almaty hotel, bringing together representatives of government bodies, industry associations, and business communities of both countries.

The event was organized by the People's Government of Longgang District in partnership with WORLD SILK WAY LLP and marked another step in strengthening trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.

Welcome remarks were delivered by Yu Yu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Longgang District, Shenzhen, representatives of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Almaty, as well as representatives of Kazakhstan's government bodies and business associations.

Participants learned about the opportunities for cooperation with one of Shenzhen's largest industrial and innovation districts, government business support measures, and the prospects for joint investment and manufacturing projects.

The event featured opening ceremonies and the signing of agreements aimed at developing partnerships between Kazakhstani and Chinese enterprises. The official part concluded with presentations by Chinese companies and a business networking session, during which participants discussed cooperation prospects and established new business contacts.

Leading enterprises of Longgang District presented their export and technological capabilities. These included AUKEY, one of the leaders in Chinese cross-border e-commerce, supplying products to more than 170 countries worldwide; Hytera Communications, a global manufacturer of professional communication systems and integrated communication solutions for transportation, energy, industry, and public safety services; THINKCAR, a national high-tech enterprise developing intelligent automotive diagnostic systems and artificial intelligence-based solutions; and Yahuilong Biotechnology, one of China's leading manufacturers of equipment and reagents for in vitro laboratory diagnostics.
